100 WC Showcase Week 4

Charlotte wrote a 100 Word Challenge entry that needed to include the words red, hard, mountain, floated & umbrella. Her work was 'Showcased' on the 100 Word challenge website.

The Crumbs were an average family. I want to tell you one of the many average not- adventures they partook in. It happened one Sunday afternoon. Seamus was complaining,"Mum, this homework's too hard! Dad! Come and help me!..."On and on he droned, waiting for constant help. Anyway, they were supposedly climbing up a mountain. Mount Everest. "We'll need the umbrella!" Shouts Tracy.
"The red one?" Calls Mr. Crumb, to Tracy.
"Yeah," she replies, now in the living room," I'll get it".
"... They suddenly floated out of the window! They were actually flyi- Mum, are you actually listening?" A depressed Alice grunted.
